Uses and areas of application

Topciment Ecoclean Pro is particularly suitable for cleaning alkaline pH-resistant substrates. Ideal for the removal of almost any kind of dirt, with a high penetration power, eliminating encrusted stains.

Especially recommended for cleaning microcement and stamped concrete.
For general use on walls, floors, ceilings, facades, equipment, and work utensils, etc. and especially on surfaces resistant to alkaline cleaners such as natural and artificial stone, tiles, ceramics, stoneware, mortar, concrete, stainless steel, plastics, glass ceramics, etc.

Topciment Ecoclean Pro effectively removes grease, oil, soot, damage caused by molds and other microorganisms, biofilm, food waste, industrial dirt, environmental pollution, micro-organisms, biofilm, food residues, industrial dirt, environmental pollution, even some common types of salts and limescale, scuff marks, chewing gum, etc. Due to its surfactant and solvent character, it allows the cleaning and removal of grease and dirt in-depth, especially in and dirt, especially on porous surfaces. Topciment Ecoclean Pro can be applied from pure to diluted 1:10 with water, depending on the type of surface and the degree of dirt to be removed. The more concentrated, the faster and more powerful the action. In general industry, garages, workshops, food industry, construction and restoration work, car parks, machinery, trains, large surfaces, warehouses, fish markets, wine cellars, airports, leisure centers, bars and restaurants, hotels, kitchens, hospitals, etc. After application, the treated surface should be rinsed with water to remove the remains of the product. Thanks to its low foaming power, it can be used with industrial machines such as floor scrubbers.

Characteristics

• Topciment Ecoclean Pro is a concentrated alkaline detergent cleaner based on special alcohols and surfactants, free of EDTA, chlorine, phosphates, and ammonia.
• Water-soluble.

Application

In Microcement:
It can be applied from pure to diluted 1:10 in water. Spray the product directly onto the surface to be treated, leaving it to act for a few seconds. Afterward, wipe with a cloth and rinse. Important: before using Topciment Ecoclean Basic, wait at least two weeks after the application of the varnish Topsealer WT One Coat or Topsealer WT Quick Dry to ensure that it cures correctly and to avoid damaging the surface.

On Stamped Concrete:

The application of Topciment Ecoclean Pro is carried out in concentrate and/or dilution with the help of a synthetic bristle brush, sprayer, sponge, or by means of suitable cleaning equipment resistant to alkaline solutions. It can be applied from pure to diluted 1:10 in water, depending on the degree of surface affection and the type of support material.

It is recommended to brush the treated areas to facilitate the action of the cleaner. Leave to act for 5 to 15 minutes to achieve deep cleaning. Rinse with water before the product and the dissolved dirt dry, preferably under pressure.
Cleaning with hot water may favor the action of Topciment Ecoclean Pro. Allow drying before proceeding with other treatments. For maintenance work, the product can be diluted up to 1:10.

On large surfaces, carry out preliminary tests in inconspicuous places until the right dilution is found for each surface and degree of soiling, in order to determine the average performance.

General uses of Topciment Ecoclean Pro:
Follow the above directions for use. The food and sanitary industry uses it as a concentrated detergent cleaner.
Dilute according to the degree of dirt.
Allow reacting before rinsing, preferably with pressurized water if possible.
In case of sensitive surfaces carry out a preliminary compatibility test.
Removes blood, meat, protein, food, grease, and especially biofilm residues for thorough cleaning.
Bleach-free product.

Precautions
Corrosive product. In case of contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. In case of contact with skin wash with soap and water. Never use solvents or thinners. Do not swallow. In case of ingestion do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately.

Packaging
Topciment Ecoclean Basic is available in 5-liter containers.

Cleaning of tools
Tools should be cleaned with water and soap immediately after use.

Storage Conditions
The product should be stored in its original closed packaging and protected from the weather at temperatures between 10ºC and 30ºC, in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture if stored properly.
