Mix
Stir both contents and then, mix both components by shaking them in a 10 %.
Mixing both products correctly will avoid the appearance of tiny holes and undesired shines on the surface due to deficient dispersion.
5 parts (in kg) of Topsealer WT A per 0.5 of Topsealer WT B catalyst.
In order to facilitate its preparation, the packaging of both components allows the mixing ratio to remain equal.
Application
Before sealing with Topciment TopSealer WT Quick Dry, it is advisable to use the primer Presealer.
It is necessary to wait for 24 hours before applying the polyurethane onto the primer. It should not be applied at temperatures below 15°C, and it is recommended to apply the product at temperatures ranging from 18ºC to 24ºC.
Apply two coats using a short-pile microfiber roller. Let the first coat dry for 4 hours and sand it with 400-grit sandpaper (low temperatures and/or ambient humidity delays drying).
The last coat does not need any sanding. If applied over an old varnish, sand down the surface well and remove any traces of stains, grease, dust, etc.
Test adhesion first in a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding to seal the whole surface.
