Can I collect the order from your showroom?
Yes, you can come directly at our showroom in Birkirkara and collect the order from there. Click here to check where we are located.
Do I need to bring anything with me when I collect my order?
Please take a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or print it out as proof of purchase and a valid photo ID.
What happens if I don't collect my order from the showroom?
We’ll hold your items in store for 7 days. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days, we’ll contact you to set up a delivery.
Deliveries
How much will delivery cost me?
We offer free delivery all over Malta and Gozo on orders over €25.
Will all my purchased items arrive together?
Our products come from a single location, and therefore, we will consolidate your order into one delivery.
What happens if I don't collect my order from the showroom?

When will my delivery arrive?
We will either contact you for the delivery of let you choose a date.
What happens if I'm out when you try to deliver?
We are unable to leave your order at your address when you are out, as all direct deliveries will need to be signed for. If you are not in when we try to deliver, we will leave a card letting you know how to rearrange delivery for a suitable time.
How long does the shipping takes?
We usually delivery within 24/48 hours after you have placed the order.
Returns, Refounds and Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
When will I get a refound?
You will receive your refund within 14 days from when the goods are returned or, where you have not received the products (and the products have not been dispatched to you) you will receive it within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your order.
Will you reject my return if I bring unpdackaged or unlabeled products in store?
For items sold by Kibitec Store and verified sellers – you will not need to print a label when returning the product, but we do ask you to return the product in its original packaging including any delivery packaging .
