Application

1. As a swimming pool sealer:
   Before applying Topciment Presealer it will be essential to check that the substrate is dry and free of dust. Depending on the climatic conditions and the ventilation of the working area, it is necessary to allow at least. 2. As a primer for walls and floors:
   Before applying Topciment Presealer it is essential to check that the substrate is dry and dust-free. Depending on the climatic conditions and the ventilation of the working space, it is necessary to allow at least 24 hours to elapse before applying the primer on the microcement. Apply by short-haired microfibre roller in two coats, spaced 4 hours apart.After applying Topciment Presealer, it is essential to protect the surface with at least two additional coats of one of our with at least two additional coats of one of our Topsealer WT varnishes* to increase the chemical and abrasion resistance of the coating.*Topsealer WT One Coat, Topsealer WT Anti Slip, Topsealer WT Quick Dry, Topsealer WT Spray.

Precautions
In case of contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes. In case of contact with skin wash with soap and water. Do not swallow. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately.
To prevent the product from drying out or thickening, close the lid after each use. This product is non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-flammable under normal handling conditions. This product does not contain any harmful substances that would require, under current regulations, any additional labeling measures. Keep out of reach of children.

Packaging
Topciment Presealer is available in 5-liter containers.

Cleaning of tools
Tools should be cleaned with water and soap immediately after use.

Storage Conditions
The product should be stored in its original closed packaging and protected from the weather at temperatures between 10ºC and 30ºC, in a dry and well-ventilated place, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. The shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture if stored properly.
