Product Features

• Consumption – Aquaciment XXL – (2 coats) 3.00 kg/m2
• Mixing Ratio – 10 kg powder – 2,50 l Acricem Resin
• Maximum size of aggregate – 0.9 mm
• Flexural Strength – 9 N/mm2 (28 days).
• Compressive Strength – 30 N/mm2 (28 days). .
• Adherence – 1.5 N/mm2

Application

1. Apply a coat of Sttandard Acricem primer with a roller. No need to let it dry completely.
2. Apply the first coat of Sttandard Aquaciment XXL (non-pigmented) and leave it dry for 24 hours.
Drying time will depend on the site conditions.
3. Apply the second coat of Sttandard Aquaciment XXL (pigmented) and leave it dry for 24 hours.
4. Apply 2 coats of Sttandard Aquaciment M (pigmented) and leave it dry for 24 hours.
5. Apply 2 coats of Presealer with a roller covering the surface completely and leave it dry for 5
days.
6. Fill in the swimming pool.
Avoid running water during steps 5 and 6 to obtain a smooth finished coating without waterline
stains. Therefore, it is very important to keep the tap closed and postpone the day of application in
case of rain.
To obtain a smoother finish, sand between coats with a 40-grit and 80-grit sander depending on the hardness of the microcement.
We recommend a total thickness of the coating layers between 3 mm and 4 mm
